Activating a Staff Account

Via the Settings > Users tab

By selecting Settings in the top right corner, you will be directed into the administrative settings panel, where you can configure iSIS preferences for your school. Note that you will only be able to access the Settings if you have been granted administrative permissions.

Under the Settings > Users tab, you can click Add User in the top right corner to upgrade an existing user account to an Administrator.

You can then select an Existing User and you will be able to create a new Administrator account by providing any missing required details. Pressing Create User in the lower left will automatically send a welcome e-mail to the new administrator prompting them to set their password and to sign in to iSIS.
