Completing Enquiry & Application Forms
Enquiry Forms and Application Forms are found on a school's OpenApply landing page.
When completing a form, each Parent/Guardian must enter a unique email address that has not been used before. The first Parent/Guardian must set a password, which will automatically create a Parent/Guardian account, so they can log in to manage their application, or to add other applicants to their account. Second and subsequent parents will receive a welcome e-mail, allowing them to set their password and log in for the first time.
Account Already Exists or Email Has Been Taken
If you receive the message "This account already exists. Please click here to log in or reset your password", this means that there is already a parent account associated with this email address. You will need to login to your OpenApply account and complete the form from the Applicant Checklist. The message Email has been taken is shown if the same e-mail address is entered for both parents on the same form. Please enter a unique e-mail address for each parent.
Completing Required Fields
Required fields are denoted by a red asterisk next to the field name. All required fields on a page must be completed before moving on to the next page.
