We offer a 60-day free trial that allows your Admissions team to fully explore OpenApply. There is no difference between a trial and a paid account; you have access to all system functions during your trial period.

Our pricing is tiered based on the number of total enrolled students at your school. You can have an unlimited number of applicants and admin users on your account. The account is subscription-based, and renews each year. View our pricing here:

Support is unlimited, complimentary, and available 24 hours a day (Monday-Friday) via phone and e-mail.


Setting up OpenApply is quick and easy. All you need initially is a copy of your existing application forms in Word or PDF format. After signing up, we build in your application forms within 48 hours and work with you to configure your school’s account, so that the admissions process reflects your school’s requirements.

Further support is always unlimited and complimentary, so if you need to change your forms or edit your checklists, we are available to assist.
